CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to arrival (minus a refund fee of 1.5% of the total amount of the reservation).
  • The 30% deposit is retained for cancellations between 10 and 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the reservation is forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. (The balance of the reservation must be paid at least one week prior to arrival).
